Recent research, particularly the study "Defining Protective Resilience: The 85% Threshold for Personality Development and Mental Health Risk Reduction," sheds light on how building resilience can be a transformative process. This amazing 2024 research is from my friend Jurie Rossouw from Hello Driven.
