The 80/20 Rule for Inviting Magic into My Life

Hello beautiful people!

It has been just over 1 week since my knee surgery. While I’m doing well physically, the biggest challenges for me have been mental.

I am learning (or re-learning) a lot about myself… that I hate being dependent on others, I try to push my body past its limits, and I over-schedule my days when I should be recuperating.

So, in an effort to learn and grow, I am re-reading my own book and the important lessons I’ve learned through my life.

Today I want to talk about Lesson 1: Learning to Control the Controllable.

I loved reading your article, great insights and amazing memories of creating 'the best 30 minutes'! As an obsessive planner myself, I will try to get comfortable with the idea of leaving 20% space, I know it will serve me well. Thanks for sharing.
