It's been an exhilarating journey – from joining forces with Ketan Kapoor and Tonmoy Shingal (Building Binocs) to build Mettl and leading it to a successful exit, to 5 years ago when I took the reins as the CEO and spearheaded scaling our talent measurement business globally, it has been a truly amazing experience.

As I write this message, the business landscape is undergoing a disruptive catharsis. Like every other company, we will need to adapt and find our true value proposition once again.

Since human talent itself is evolving as AI, Robotics, and other technologies impact how we work, we at 美世 Mettl are hard at work to lead how talent measurement will evolve with time.
