It's 2:15 on a Monday morning. I'm sitting at my desk staring at my computer bleary eyed.?

Around me are strewn an assortment of highly caffeinated drinks, sugary snacks, and energy bars.

I've been here all night.. trying to finish my book chapter in time to get it to the editor and then upload it for the publisher. My deadline is in three hours.?

Sh*t!?I'm not going to make it.?

I briefly flirt with the idea of using ChatGPT, but then realize that my book chapter is about a turning point in my own life. I'm not likely to get much help from AI.?

Out of desperation, I grab my phone and start dictating. Miraculously, it all starts coming together.

... I send it off to my editor, grab a couple of pop tarts, and start getting ready for my first client.?

I can finally relax... at least until Thursday when my next newsletter comes out.?

Why do I put myself through this? No matter how much I tell myself that my content doesn't have to be perfect... I still struggle my way through multiple rewrites. I enjoy creating videos, but I don't always feel like cleaning up for the camera. And just when I get on a roll, I seem to run out of steam right before it's time to hit "publish."

Dr. Owen, I had pretty much stepped away from Linked in because I never seemed to be able to gain traction with my connections...it seemed that most people were just collecting connections instead of actually networking with them. Then, I started my YouTube channel "Bob The Mortgage Coach Mitchell (https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCnddgStrN8MBBnU2JdrzXHg) and decided that I would reach out to my linked in connections to help me to build an audience for the channel. So, I started posting 2 short "Glossary Terms" videos about 6 days a week (as well as a weekly "content" video). The Glossary terms were actually intended to be be part of my website, but I figured that I would post them to Linked in so that I could have some consistency in my postings here. The result? Well, my numbers aren't very big so far, BUT, I have noticed that my phone has actually started to ring as a direct result of my consistent postings. The number or subscribers to my YouTube channel, while not that impressive so far, is actually growing at about a 15% rate each month....still only in the 50's, but if this keeps up, I'll make my goal of 5000 by the end of next year!
