  1. Stop watching TV & reading the news. You’re constantly being programmed through media.
  2. Stop complaining. Complaining keeps you in low vibrational frequency.
  3. Embrace the present moment. We’re constantly either in the past or future. But none of it exists. Just the present moment.
  4. Don’t distract yourself when you’re stressed, allow yourself to feel all the emotions.
  5. Do something for yourself every day. Cook your favourite meal. Hug yourself. Give yourself a compliment.
  6. Start practicing gratitude daily. Gratitude keeps you in the high vibrational frequency which then allows you attract your desires like a magnet
  7. Spend time alone. Go for a walk, read a book in a coffee shop, watch the clouds. All without social media
  8. Be bored. When we’re bored intentionally we are connecting to our intuition. And intuition is our inner compass always showing us what next step to take.
