A positive attitude is a powerful weapon that provides people with perspective that gives them momentum consistent with moving forward.

Our attitude enables us to orchestrate a favorable reaction in the face of adversity and helps set the foundation for improved quality of life.

Our philosophies about life are founded on logical conclusions created by information and rational thought.? Attitude is pure emotion and offers the inertia required to motivate big dreams.

When attitude suffers our ambition, motivation, and inspiration dissipate.?????

A positive attitude is the product of having a healthy perspective on the past and learning to live in the present while appreciating everything within our control.? It also requires imagining a beautiful future that demands daily commitment to ensure its efficacy.

We can all utilize our mental, physical, and spiritual power to elicit the benefits of a positive attitude.

The problem, many people create obstructions based on negative thinking.

Having a positive attitude is a choice that requires daily dedication.? It demands hard work to overcome poor self-esteem, stress, fear, resentment, and anger.

Discover

We need to take time to explore what motivates our heart and soul.? Defining our values helps build intrinsic motivation consistent with maintaining good habits.? Practicing good habits helps us stay positive and promotes a better attitude.? Discovering genuine motivation is a great step toward building a better attitude.????

Condition

Our subconscious mind is likely causing resistance in our efforts to be more positive.? A well-rehearsed narrative is normally the cause for fear, anger, resentment, and hesitation.? We need to program a better message that supports our efforts to succeed.? It starts with positive self-talk and positive affirmation.???


Picture

Most great athletes and high achievers visualize success.? On the field, on the ice, on the court or in the operating room.? They picture positive outcomes by imagining favorable results.? They also appreciate visualization requires action and they do the work required to see their vision materialize.?????

Self-talk

Many people conduct a negative conversation with themselves which creates a myriad of negative emotions.? Once consumed with the toxicity of negative thinking, we obviate the effects of forward progress.? We need to develop a different discourse to alter they effects of negative conditioning.? It starts by speaking to ourselves with love and compassion.?

The words we choose are powerful.? They can hurt or they can heal.? When we talk to ourselves with kindness, we develop a positive vernacular.? Our words set the tone for positive interaction and a better attitude.???? ?


Optimism

Maintaining a positive attitude promotes optimism and optimistic people are more enthusiastic about everything.?? Optimistic people focus on their reaction to unpleasant events.? They concentrate on moving around obstacles not being overwhelmed by them.? Many optimistic people have incredible faith.? They believe in something bigger than themselves, which encourages humility.? Being optimistic is strongly associated with a positive attitude.?

Laugh

The benefits of laughter are well document.? As we grow older, we laugh less.? The research is startling.? To nullify the effects of this natural proclivity, we need to find humor everywhere we can.? We have become so serious and politically correct we’ve lost are ability to laugh.? Its sad and super unhealthy.? Laugh more and watch your attitude improve.

Exercise

The benefits of exercise are well known.? A regular exercise routine promotes a positive attitude and better self-esteem.? Feeling stronger and more confident is a great way to maintain a positive attitude, and to mitigate the stress that promotes negative thinking.? Getting fit is a great way to stay positive.?? ????
