We help trucking and bus companies recover from a Conditional rating. We have devised 8 steps to guide our clients through the tedious process of trying to remove a Conditional rating. If your company has a Conditional rating, we encourage you to contact us to assist you with that process. These ratings can have an adverse affect on your insurance premiums, so you should work to improve them as soon as possible.
These are the steps we follow:
Step 1: Compliance Review Report - We review the FMCSA Compliance Review Report and any intervention recommendations.
Step 2: Files - We have our clients send us scanned copies of their driver qualification and maintenance files. We review them and make recommendations.
Step 3: Drug and Alcohol Program - We review the client's drug and alcohol program and make recommendations.
Step 4: Training - We provide online training to managers and drivers based on need and recommendations.
Step 5: Policies and Procedures - Our clients can send us scanned copies of their policies and procedures. If they do not have any policies or procedures, we can supply our recommended ones.
Step 6: Electronic Logging Device (ELD) Telematics - Hours of service violations are reviewed and training recommendations are provided.
Step 7: Contact Insurance Agent - We will provide your insurance agent a letter with recommendations and an action plan to improve the safety rating to pass on to your insurance company.
Step 8: Request Rating Change from FMCSA - We will work with the client to request a change of their safety rating with the FMCSA through their portal.
