I've seen companies rush into fine-tuning LLMs without even considering if it's the right solution. It's like using a sledgehammer to hang a picture frame. Overkill, and potentially disastrous.
So, let's break down the right way to implement LLMs in your business. Here's a step-by-step approach that will save you time, money, and a whole lot of headaches.
Step 1: Define Your Problem Clearly
