8 reasons why you should learn Python & 2 top courses to start your journey today!

Let's start by assuming that you already decided to study programming but you are not sure where you should begin. I know that this is a huge universe and we kind of get lost in it. But my suggestion, from whom already studied Visual Basic, C, Java Script, CSS, HTML, Solidity, and among others, is: start with Python!
I am going to mention a lot of reasons but to summarize: the main reason is that you can do everything with this programming language.
And if "only" this reason is not enough to convince you, check out the others:
2. It is one of the easiest languages to learn and to use (in my opinion and many others is THE easiest from far, ask anyone who already studied);
3. There is no need to install a bunch of software. Just open Google Colab;
4. In 2017, the website Stack Overflow projected that Python would continually grow, and be confirmed as the language number 1. That happened indeed and was confirmed by many researchers such as Tiobe Index (in 2019) and IEEE Spectrum. In this last one, Python was elected the language number 1 in the years 2020, 2021, and 2022.
You can also see the evolution of the favorites programming languages in this video below:
5. According to the website Glassdoor, the average salary is about US$ 102 thousand annually;
6. There are many, many libraries! What does that mean? That whatever you need to do probably someone already did something that is going to help you solve it. And with that we gain time;
7. It is the most used language in Data Science, therefore, to develop artificial intelligence, machine learning, and deep learning;
8. There is a wide and active community. So any problem that you might have to have you will be able to get help quickly and of good quality.
If you are convinced, next I am going to show you 2 of the best courses to learn Python.
Spoiler: both are in Portuguese as a native language.
It is 120h of classes and 100 exercises! It is very extensive and if you are beginning from zero and want to get to know a little more about programming I recommend it because it is free and available on YouTube. This one is to start now! Gustavo Guanabara Curso em VÃdeo
Here there are more than 65h of classes and, despite it being shorter than the course I previously recommended, do not be fooled because it addresses all subjects above and goes further! This one is for you that decided to use Python in your favor and become a more sought-after professional in the job market. Therefore you cannot start it immediately. The classes open a few times a year so keep an eye on his social media.
