Now this is really interesting !
Ever wonder how you can actually understand the "Thought Process" and "Behaviour" of a person in a matter of minutes ?
Well, obviously there are professionals who can do this job quite easily.
I believe that "YOU" can also acquire this skill.
Yes. This is possible!
But for this, your "Mental Wellness" should be at its peak.
So, the below "8 Questions" helps to understand the behaviour & mind of a person, i.e. through the answers provided by them for these 8 questions.
- "According to you, what is Human Mind and how does it work? "
- "How do you best motivate yourself? "
- "According to you, what is the primary main key to resolve life's greatest problem? "
- "How do you communicate with others most effectively? "
- "According to you, how does the mind influence a person's emotional perspectives?"
- "According to you, what is intelligence? Why will anyone care about intelligence? "
- "What does it mean for you to become self actualised? "
- "According to you, what is more important - Human Nature or Human Nurture? "
Remember, there are no "Right" and "Wrong" answers for these questions.
Everyone will have a different perspective. It is only based on these perspectives, one can understand the "Mind" and "Behaviour" of a particular person.
So, first try it on yourself !
Answer these questions honestly to yourself. What do you think your answers are more related to? (i.e. Emotional or Rational or Wise) ?
Then try asking these questions to your friends, colleagues, etc. (i.e. the people that you are already familiar with).
Check whether their answers are matching with their behaviour!
Most importantly, when you find that any answer is reflecting negativity and pessimism, you should try to enlighten that person with a "Positive and Optimistic" answer of the same question.
All the Best !
