You want to make sure you are working in an environment that is a mutual good fit. For example, if you like a formal, structured environment, then a casual, relaxed environment may not be the best fit for you.

5.?? ?What processes are in place to help me work collaboratively? Showing that you enjoy working in a group setting demonstrates that you are a team player. This shows that you can work well with others and that you are dedicated to helping the team in any way possible.

6.?? ?When did you join the company? This makes for a nice change after the interviewer has asked questions about you. People tend to like talking about themselves and they will typical talk about their growth with the company which can give you some valuable information.
