8 More Irish Journalists On The Move
David McWilliams' new TV3 show Agenda aired for the first time yesterday. The show is produced by Lydia Murphy and Vicky Kavanagh. Murphy has worked as a producer/director at TV3 for the past three years. Kavanagh is a former producer with Spin 103.8 and also worked as a researcher at RTé.
I had a couple of details about the production team for TV3's Pat Kenny Tonight a fortnight ago, the team is rounded out by researcher Lisa O'Donnell, producer Ruairi McKenna, series producer Conor Tiernan and executive producer Nita Byrne. Byrne and O'Donnell are familiar faces to Kenny from his day job with Newstalk. Nita Byrne worked as a producer on the Pat Kenny Show since its launch until the launch of Kenny's TV3 show and O'Donnell is a freelance researcher with the same show since August. McKenna was working as a producer with TV3's Ireland AM and Conor Tiernan also heads up TV3's news documentary unit.
Jenny Darmody has joined Silicon Republic as a careers journalist. Darmody joins from Social & Personal, where she worked as editorial assistant for three years. Prior to that, she worked for three years in the News and Current Affairs department in RTé.
Elizabeth McHugh has joined Food & Wine Magazine as staff editor. Prior to this, she worked with Aldi on its digital advertising and social media team for a year and with Her.ie as senior staff writer for two years.

7 年Hey Piaras, just a brief note that Today with Pat Kenny was the name of Pat's radio show when he was on RTé; his Newstalk show is called The Pat Kenny Show - just to avoid confusion. S.
