8 Mistakes You Make As a Team Player!

Working with a team is not an easy piece of cake. It is complicated many times, Almost as difficult as walking on a rope between two mountains. It is clear that your coworkers can turn into lifelong friends or outright enemies, unfortunately. Possibly you work very well with them, or maybe you would want to be out of their sight as soon as you can.

But remember that sometimes, and maybe too often, it might be ourselves who are to blame and not being tolerant of others, demanding more, criticizing others behind their backs, or ignoring a certain member of the team. No one is perfect and that should be the motto to follow in the workplace.
