In our journey of growth and learning, we've had the privilege of organizing a life-changing event in Goa, in January 2024, where deep intentions fueled an unforgettable experience. The outpouring of love, warm embraces, and meaningful connections during the Goa event left us profoundly grateful. It was a lifetime experience, and we are committed to making it even more extraordinary with each passing year.

In this newsletter specifically, I would like to share my learnings as a coach!
Looking ahead, we're thrilled to announce a global event - the NEW CODE NLP PRACTITIONER with Dr. John Grinder, Michael Carroll, and Carmen Bostic St. Clair, is set to take place globally and in Pune from May 12-19, 2024. Putting together this event needed a lot of bravery, trust, belief, and faith in God. Sharing my vision with the team, mentors, and others was like opening up my heart. Every day, as we worked together, we all grew, driven by one big vision. When I think about my younger self running a small Tiffin service with my mom, it's hard to believe that I'm now in Goa, surrounded by loved ones, hosting a coaching event. It brings up a mix of thankfulness, surprise, and deep feelings. This journey is more than just plans—it's like a dream come true, beyond what I could have ever imagined.???
And Now, Let's Dive into Learning!
Learnings as a Coach - Insights from Goa: Reflecting on my coaching journey in Goa, here are some key learnings that might resonate with you:
Coach State Matters- The foremost important thing in my life as a coach is "How's my STATE" - Am I in a state where I can have a deep rapport with my client? Where I could be just focusing on the process and facilitating effective change! If not - I wish to do it some other day with all due respect!
Disassociation is Key?-?You want to facilitate the process and make that change happen! However, there is no point in starting any process without a clean disassociation. This also means you will run a process first for cleaning up and getting him in the state to do the deeper processes or play any NEW CODE Game (See us on Instagram for the fun of the new code event in Goa).
No Coaching without Congruence?-??Yes, no coaching if I observe the client is not congruent to change! There are times when the client is not in deep congruence, in simple words the client wants to change, but does not want to change fully. No Coaching, when the client is not ready.
Game On, if State Allows:? We play games in NEW CODE. These games are created by Grinder, Carroll, and Carmen in New Code. These games fire States in our neurological circuitry and create deep shifts!
Golden Process: Only if all other ways are not working - then only let's open the golden processes. I can create change just by challenging, using metaphors, and creating stories! In coaching, there are many ways for change work, I would go step by step and observe if now is the time of our GOLDEN process! Your NLP Techniques are Gold, let them shine in the night!
Calibration is Continuous:?Starting or ending or during - No stopping - Calibration is the mother of all skills said by Dr. John Grinder.

One of the questions I remember asking Sir John about Calibration. I mentioned I could calibrate with one category of the group but I am unable to calibrate with another category of the group! He mentioned, (in my words), how can calibration change with groups. Calibration is calibration!
Biggest learning: Calibrate your client from the time you meet till the time you are meeting!?
Coaching as a Dance- Create a rhythm in the process of coaching! Aww, it is! What do you mean Ridhima?
I am in Goa, with lovely beaches and waves! The client throws me one challenge and I sail through the client's unconscious by challenging his unconscious, using my dance!
In simple words,
The client mentions: "You really can't help me! This is so difficult, it needs a lot of time to solve!"
"Hmm, I can't help you..." PAUSE...
"Would you mind helping yourself then? Can we together make it easy then, we will have a lot of time to do some other stuff too!"
Focus on Process, Not Content: In the above conversation also, MY FOCUS is on the process and not the content!
As a coach, my job is to identify how the client's brain is creating those limitations and what more can I do to expand those limitations! He is filtering out from his map of the world! In the above example, His filters mention - can't, difficult, a lot, needs.? (Can't is a modal operator), difficult (Nominalizer), needs (modal operator), and a lot (deletion, lost performative).
Of course there are many other learnings each experience gave me, and I can't stop doing what I am doing because it is so fulfilling at all levels!?

I Really appreciate your zeal and dedication for giving your very best at all times. 9 个月I was a firm believer that change takes time. It’s not a switch. This limiting belief was busted after attending the New Code NLP boot camp. An entirely experiential learning, no ppts, no slides, no lectures, no theory. Learn by doing. Amongst many lessons learnt, one was that change can happen in an instance. One doesn’t need months and years. Whether you are aiming for personal transformation or helping others transform, New Code NLP will be game changer for you. Thank you Ridhima Dua and team for the enriching experience. A big shout out to my fellow learners, without who , the transformation wouldn’t have been possible.

The opportunity of mentoring them as well as learning with them more and more . Manifesting was definitely there , how else we all would have been there experiencing the best states together.
