In this case your fire is your vision while the coal is perseverance. Sometimes, the only thing you need is just to persevere and hold on to what you do and do it well. There are times when things seems as if everything is falling apart, instead of throwing in the towel, you have to commit yourself to moving forward irrespective of the discomfort and uncertainty along the way.

EMBRACE YOUR SKILL While running your business, you certainly should have a set of skills or minimum one, don't try to do all the things in your business by yourself, focus on the area you can do best and delegate the other areas to your workers.
