8 Habits of Successful People!

Let me explain.

Back in January of 2011, I was laid off my job.

Personally, I think that when we are "laid off" it is just a way of glossing over what really is going down here...

"You're fired!"

Lucky for me, when I was "laid off"...

"Fired"!

I had already been using LinkedIn for a couple of years.

Have you noticed that all too often many of us peeps tend to get a little down in the dumps this time of year?

Have you wondered why that is?

Do you think that it is because we set our expectations too high...

Or is it because we set them too low?

Good question, huh!

How long have you been working at your dream to make it finally blossom into a steady income?

How many times have you been ready to quit?

Now don't be ashamed!

I don't know anyone who hasn't at one time or another thought about quitting at some point.

-But...

You didn't quit.!

Why was that?

You have a dream and a desire to succeed!

Nobody can take that away from you!

When your dream is so huge that it burns deep inside you, nobody can take that away from you.

If you have read a bit about Thomas A. Edison and the invention of the incandescent lightbulb, you will understand that when someone has a dream, they will work until they accomplish that dream.

Know what he said?

“I have not failed. I've just found 10,000 ways that won't work.”

How about you?

Can you say that about yourself?

Do you have a dream?

Are you willing to do whatever it takes in order to accomplish that dream?

What do you tell yourself every morning when you wake up?

"I'm a winner! I can do anything I put my mind to!"

Do you wake up with, "I wonder who I can help today?"

Habit Number One:

Be willing to take action, even when it is scary?

Habit Number Two:

Have a powerful and inspiring dream.

Habit Number Three:

Keep your goals in front of you.

Habit Number Four:

Plan your day the night before.

Habit Number Five:

Learn from people you admire. Get a coach.

Habit Number Six:

Make your health a priority.

Habit Number Seven:

Focus on high-level tasks. Don't sweat the small stuff.

Habit Number Eight:

Read every day from a good motivational/inspirational book.

Keep track of your progress and where you want to be a year from now in a special journal.

Check it out in one year and see what you have accomplished.

Cheering your success!
