Leadership is a famous softskill nowadays. This competence is having been well known mainly because proactive and discipline come across to this word. Due to the habits will come naturally from the mindset.

Plan your next day early before day. Any time you can make a decision ahead the time, make it. Any time you can automatate a decision automate it. In this case we can see the importance of to operate the AI and data science. Recently those issues are discussed in linkedin foruns and big tech events. You can automotate your day and team projects with softwares as Trello, Google Calendar, Slack, Notion, Evernote and anothers.


3) The habit of doing the hard right.

Most of the occasions you should choose this: easy and wrong or hard and right. You always have two options. Even one seems easy and right, for be easy several efforts are require from you for that option be easy and right. Many leaders ask: What is easy? The best leaders ask: What is right? We are talking about ethics attitudes combined with the best way to perform well. Focus on train you company to work excellently instead of turn the tomorrow improved. Even been opposite of arduous challenges commit yourself to do not quit. Wonder that you are a finisher. Quit whinning. You are sharp. Fix the problems.


4) The habit of you first leadership.

To leader yourself first means to honor yourself and all efforts yo did. This perspective is unavoiable and crucial for you lead and matter team your through self-care. When you care yourself you are able to care the people. Groeschel embold his coachees to start every interaction with other person in mind. In other words, start a conversation with "you".
