1. You are worthy. You're worthy of being seen no matter how you look like. To be listened to no matter what your voice may sounds like. Definitely worthy of love even on your darkest days. You are worthy enough to have a place on this planet and be accepted for who you are.
2. You make a difference. Your choices, actions and words matter. You may not know how or to whom, but you make a difference in this world. You make an impact to those people around you and even to those you know nothing about. You don't need confirmation on becoming the best you can be.
3. You deserve to rest. You get to say when you're out of energy and needs to take a break. You're body and mind tires. It's okay to breathe deeply, lay down and do nothing. You need to recharge whenever you need and want to. You need to rest.
4. Your accomplishment don't measure you. You are not defined by what you do. Your productivity doesn't determine your worth. The value you add to your workplace or even to your relationship does not measure your value as a person.
5. It's okay to stumble, fall and fail. Nobody is perfect. Everybody will at some time errs, and you will too. It's natural and part of the journey. Your failures are not indicative of how strong and capable you are. You'll rise again and keep on moving.
6. You know what's best for you. Your greatest guide is your inner voice. Listen to it no matter how noisy the world may get nor how powerful other voices may be. Follow your heart. Mind your soul. You know best.
7. It's alright if you don't have all the answers. You're not meant to know all the answers. This does not make you any less than someone who has found their answers. This won't stop you of taking chances and doing things you're uncertain about. You are learning and will know the answers you are seeking, eventually.
8. You define your own happiness. Nobody can tell you the meaning or how happiness is supposed to look like. You get to decide what will make you happy and where you want to indulge. Your happiness is yours to define.
