?I am always on the lookout for creative uses of AI.? These are 8 of my favorites from 2024. These examples include both examples of Generative AI and other AI "genres".
Carrefour Taiwan's? AI Sommelier is a conversational AI service integrated into its app that helps customers select wines based on their preferences. The AI leverages a vast wine database to provide personalized recommendations, seamlessly integrating online and offline shopping. I imagine Delectable and Vivino won’t be far behind on this.
PODS?worked with the advertising agency Tombras to create the “Impossibly Smart Billboard” campaign on its trucks that could adapt to each neighborhood in New York City, changing copy in real-time based on data. It rolled through 299 neighborhoods in 29 hours, auto-genrating more than 6,000 unique headlines.
Orby develops a complete platform for physiological rehabilitation. They are creating a “digital brain” to carry out the entire functional movement rehabilitation process, enabling controlled movement and pain relief integrated with AI for the benefit of caregivers and patients.
Mustard?is democratizing world class coaching for golfers and pitchers by integrating proprietary computer vision and AI technology in a simple to use mobile app.
Hemominas, Brazil's largest blood bank, is developing an omnichannel chatbot for donor search and scheduling, streamlining processes and enhancing efficiency. The goal isl to save half-a-million lives annually by attracting more donors and optimizing blood supply management.

2 个月I’m also volunteering on a really awesome AI project. Headed by an AI team at Cognizant, Project Resilience is for the United Nations allowing decision makers the knobs and levers to see the effects decisions and actions have on various different topical issues. For example, Land Usage. What happens to a segment of land or a community if this or that enacted? Or for example, climate change. How much of a carbon tax would be required to have any significant effect? What other options may be better suited? And not only for decision makers, but the general public has a playground as well. You n ver know where brilliant solutions lie.

2 个月Hi, Mark! I’ve been using a combination of AI platforms to create a stable of AI musical artists that produce humor and satirical songs. I rough out the lyrics, then refine the song using Claude to help me with rhyming and meter. I plug the lyrics into Udio, a music AI, and experiment until I get the vocals and instrumentation how I like it. I got back to Clause to create a name and the background info on the artist, as well as a visual prompt for the cover art, which I create using a combination of Midjourney and Idiogram, fine tuned with Photoshop’s generative AI editing capabilities.
