It abandons the big black control box and has a more beautiful appearance. But equal to abandon part of the important components (such as gyroscope), thus losing some functions. Even the lifting speed and stability are not as good as the control box.


5. Hall Sensor.

Hall element is a kind of semiconductor magnetoelectric device, which uses hall effect to work. It can be used to detect magnetic fields and their changes.

Hall sensor have many advantages, their structure is firm, small size, light weight, long life, easy installation, low power consumption, high frequency (up to 1MHZ), vibration resistance, not afraid of dust, oil, water vapor and salt spray pollution or corrosion.

Hall effect refers to the physical phenomenon of transverse potential difference when the magnetic field acts on the carriers in the current-carrying gold conductor semiconductor.

If a magnetic field is applied perpendicular to the current as it passes through the foil, a transverse potential difference will appear on the foil’s two sides.

Because there is a magnetic field around the conducting wire, its size is proportional to the current in the conducting wire, so we can use the Hall element to measure the magnetic field, we can determine the size of the wire current using this principle can be designed into the Hall current sensor.

In short, hall sensors can quickly and exactly feedback motor rotation, so as to achieve accurate control of the sranding desk frame.
