The straight talk in this book can pierce your mind and make you a bulldog. Boosts your lost confidence and remind you that you are a Badass. At the end, book does its job. You will stop doubting and start feeling great about yourself. For other people to believe in yourself you need to first believe in yourself.

I can't tell you how much this book has helped me in dealing with those awkward situations and doing some crucial conversations when stakes were high. Whether you need to do crucial conversations with your boss, co-worker, wife, kids or anyone around you, this book will teach you 7 incredible tactics how to deal the situations without taking fight or flight approach. Pick up this book and read it before your performance review, you will surely thank me for recommending this book.

This book has changed my perception of answering to the asking right questions. Leadership is about listening and learning from others. Whenever I am surrounded by great leaders they always ask thought provoking questions.
The Coaching habits by Michael Bungay Stanier: A quick guide to coaching. I personally coach and mentor many young entrepreneurs and this book has allowed me to be better at coaching them. Say less, ask more & change the way you lead forever.
