Introduction
A project is any venture with a life time, that is the start and end, implemented on various resources that are both, human and Materials, delivered on a defiled Scope and Quality. However we have got to know the fact that, even though everything has been defined, project success can still be a nightmare. ?There are 8 attributes of projects failure which every project Director, Manager, Planner, Coordinator, Consultant, Lead has to observe for him/her to be in position to claim the desire level of success. And these includes.
.?????Un-defined Scope. It doesn’t matter who has funded the project, how much is the budget, and who implements the project. Undefined scope means undefined focus. Sometimes there is no mind of corruptions and embezzlements among teams, but because many can’t tell where to start and where to end, they end up doing things that favor themselves, than they can favor the project. Hence the end results are project failure. Those that fail to define project scope at the start, fail to start.
.?????Team behaviors.?Wrong behavior doesn’t know age, education, race or even Titles. A wrong behavior can exhibit in any one even when he’s the donor who releases funds at the end of project plan, in disguise of refund. Many times gatekeepers are more ethical than those they lock in with their gates, may be that could be the reason why some people are locked inside the gate. But in real practice, wrong managers not only affect other aspects of life and progress, these practices stress projects and become burdens ???to every resource that could either be human, materials or even Cash.
.?????Time. ?The aspects of time not only affect resources, but it also affect decision making. Those who don’t honor time in projects truly don’t honor project success. Time is the opportunity given to us to make follow ups, and that opportunity should always be treated with its best maximum considerations. Times fluctuate in weather, and every time we play with the right time, we play with progress. We cannot plan our minds, and then start hunting for what tests better…!!
.?????Budgets. ?Both big and small budgets can become a risk to the project; this is why we need to figured out the desired budgets. All those projects with unclassified budgets always have lived without impacts even when they’re government, company, or even individual based projects in our homes. You can only evaluate the defined ones. Big budgets send teams into luxury thinking, hence killing the senses or performance. Small budget create conflicts, lack of stability and the team is always up and down searching for other better opportunities. Improve on your budgets, and you will have inspired self to achieve more.
.?????Goals. Any venture developed to deliver no goal, will always have no ambition, and the owner will always find no motivation to locate the best resources, Teams, neither materials nor ambition to deliver it. The goals we establish end up always becoming the ambition in us. Because we can’t live without that goal, everything pushes us to a state of determination. ?

.?????Leadership. Good leaderships don’t know education, age, Teams, religion or experience. We have got to know that every project has got a soul, and that soul is either the whole team or one individual heading the project. When the mastermind of the project is not determined to figure out the issues, to push, to drive, and to demand the best from everyone, it means pushing the project into risks of failure.
.?????Team composition. We have got to know that we’re 16 personality types, and that ?teams are broken into four groups ;- 1. Rational ??2. Artisans ?3. ?Guardians. ?And ?4. Idealists.?It doesn’t matter the level of education, each group belong somewhere in the project.?Some are natural leaders, Middle staff, Mobilisers, others are just doers.??For projects with reverse orders, face it hard always to earn success. ?This is because some positions require timely thinking, emotions, fun, and yet others require hands-on person. On this. Check why should could fire. ?https://observer.com/2017/08/myers-briggs-personality-type-got-fired/
.?????Un-defined Quality Standards. ?Projects without defined quality standards are always never good for even the owner, and well-wishers. ?Good Plans are those plans with details of what must be done, and how best they can be done. ?It’s true, some projects follow guidelines given , but as a planner , manager , coordinator or Lead, you need to carefully establish the quality standards to attain in your projects , by doing this it becomes easier to determine the resources ?in terms of human, and materials you will need to deliver objectively. Define the quality standards in your projects, and you will have defined everything.
