7/9/2021 THE NEW YORK NORTHERN TOWER PROJECT UPDATE

To date, the New York Northern Tower project is progressing well

The excavation is almost done. Next we are going to start working on the concrete foundation. The Superstructure is forecast to be completed by the end of this year.?We are forecast to start exterior windows by September 2021.?Interior Work will move along as we progress with the Exterior Window.?Anticipated completion of the project to be at the end of June 2024.?

The Northern Tower is a mixed-use 13-story high rise to be located on the Northern Blvd in downtown Flushing. It will boast a variety of high-end facilities. Westin Hotel with its 244 hotel rooms, will occupy the second through ninth floors in this building. It will be the first 5-star hotel in Flushing and the entire borough of Queens, New York City. The Northern Tower Luxury Residence will contain 46 high-end condominium units with stunning panoramic views of Manhattan from the tenth to thirteenth floors of the high rise. With full-service amenities such as a swimming pool, gym, meeting and conference rooms, catering and banquet halls, business center, and other services. The New York Northern Tower will set a new bar for luxury living in Flushing.?
