79 Years ago Today
On a day when many Americans remember the 79th anniversary of the flag raising on Mount Suribachi, it is fitting to also recognize the 11 leadership principles and 14 leadership traits that Marines live by not only on the battlefield --- but in the workplace, and every situation where sound leadership is needed.? These are foundational concepts that every Marine learns during recruit and OCS training, where I encourage all those currently in or seeking roles of responsibility to embrace and practice these values.
