$75,000 Settlement for 64-Year-Old Client Injured in Auto Accident

In January 2019, FKC&S’s 64-year-old client from Hurleyville in Sullivan County, NY was driving eastbound in the right lane on Route 17 in the town of Thompson. The defendant was driving eastbound in the left lane. FKC&S’s client claimed that the defendant drove into her lane and the defendant claimed the opposite. There were no witnesses. The crash resulted in FKC&S’s client suffering a fractured clavicle and a tear in her shoulder. The case was placed into suit and Steven H. Cohen obtained a $75,000 settlement for FKC&S’s client following depositions.
