75 years

A few days ago, I turned 75.

Looking back, I see that I’ve had a good life with its highs and lows, like everyone, but with a wonderful family that has given me strength and life.

I have 6 children from three different generations: all of them fill my heart and have been the driving force of my life. Thank you, my children, for helping me grow and develop.

Their mothers are incredible people who supported and accompanied me through my good and bad times. I am deeply grateful for all they have given me, for their patience with me, and especially for these wonderful children we share. Thank you; I wouldn’t have reached where I am without your support, love, and unconditional love for our children.

My family continues to grow with 8 grandchildren, and perhaps more will join us.

My family has been the greatest achievement of my life, even though I often couldn’t give them everything they wished for or be present when they wanted. Life isn’t perfect, but not a single day goes by without me thinking of each one of them. This fills my heart even more.

Thank you, life, for blessing me with so many miracles…

In my professional life, I’ve spent 55 years working with many achievements, some disasters, and a very positive balance. I’ve ventured into diverse areas such as selling items from Carnaby Street, IT, merchandising, sound and light, hotels, bars, nightclubs, telecommunications, electronics, consulting, business simulations, investments, university teaching, among others.

I can’t complain about a lack of variety, successes, or failures, which have been my great learning experiences on my journey to becoming a successful entrepreneur.

Twenty years ago, I decided to change my life and apply this extensive experience to my current activity, which I love: Systemic Management & Organizational Constellations.

I never imagined I could make such a radical change, but here I am, very grateful for the pleasure this activity brings me and for the market’s recognition of the work I do.

I have reached over 40,000 people and certified more than 1,000 professionals in 40 countries. I continue to work with great enthusiasm and energy, despite the many years behind me.

Recently, I developed one of the best applications for online work: https://cecitool.online , used by many professionals with spectacular results.

So, what’s next? What path should I take? Should I continue in this field or leave it? Should I embrace new projects that excite me? Should I stop and learn to live a new life? What should I do? What should I decide?

These questions and many others have been simmering inside me for some time.

I have decided to give them time to mature and made a decision: not to make any decisions until 2025. Then I will consider whether to decide or continue without deciding for a while longer…

The Universe has always brought me answers in unexpected ways, so I will let myself be inspired by the signs the Universe sends me. Deciding has always been difficult for me.

In the meantime, and to perhaps close this circle, I will offer, at the end of this year, 3 intensive in-person training sessions (it’s been 5 years since I last conducted in-person training).

I don’t know if these will be the last, but they probably will be, although only the future will tell.

I will hold two in the beautiful Bilbao, which has welcomed me for the past 10 years: one in Spanish (for participants from Spain and Latin America) and one in English (for participants from the rest of the world).

The third will be in the wonderful Lisbon, my lifelong city, and will be conducted in Portuguese (for participants from Portugal, Brazil, and Portuguese-speaking countries).

Each of these trainings will last 7 intensive days (Monday to Sunday) with a major innovation: they won’t have a fixed program.

My intention is to share my 75 years of personal experience and my 20 years of service in organizational constellations so that each participant can learn what they need, develop as a facilitator, and become an expert in the art of facilitating Organizational Constellations.

The program will be built day by day, based on the needs of each participant and the group, so that everyone gets much more than they desire and more than they imagined they came for.

It will surely be something innovative, disruptive, and surprising… none of us can imagine what it will be… we will be open to what emerges and guided by our intuition.

Of course, we will discuss theoretical parts, do exercises, constellations, experiments, and everything we haven’t yet imagined… we will have a great time, it will be intense with much serious fun and pleasure.
