75% of companies don’t hire remote workers because they have certain concerns even thought they work with in-house only, but 90% of tech companies have not experienced any problems with communication or efficiency of remote teams.

Qubit Labs (https://qubit-labs.com/) polled small and medium-sized tech businesses from the United States, Ireland, Eastern and Western Europe, and the Middle East.

We determined their primary obstacles while leading remote teams and hiring remote specialists and shared a "Hiring and Team Management Challenges of On-Site VS Remote Tech Teams Survey Report 2024 by Qubit Labs"

Our research findings show that:

?? Compared to established organizations, startups and small businesses have less access to top IT expertise, according to 64.4% of respondents.

?? It’s easier to retain remote developers.

?? 82.9% of tech companies hire remote teams due to their cost-efficiency.

?? 22.9% of IT companies have fully remote teams, and 77.4% hire them in Eastern Europe.

?? Only 16.5% of businesses had issues with their remote employees. They included communication issues and time zone differences.

However, 90% of companies have not experienced any problems with their remote teams.
