Day 17
There's apparently lots of 75 Hard stories, mostly the results and takeaways at the end.
Most people don't accomplish 7 things in a day or even remember 7 things on a list, much less do them and record them each day.
I'm amazed at the people who don't really need to lose weight that do the challenge. Once in a while there's a big guy that has lost 50 pounds.
Then there's the failure stories.
I'd say only 5% of the population can complete this challenge - less for entitled and soft Americans.
For me, the challenge is for improving my evening routine.
When I climb stairs I don't count the flights because that's what the Fitbit is for - but it wasn't until I started logging food regularly that I understood my impressions were way off.
This challenge is a lot like that because you don't really notice the tiny changes daily.
"You're a big ole Cheeto eating %$^&*@!. Are you ready to quit yet?" No Master Chief. I'm feeling dangerous. Hoorah.
Simple Numbers Chapter 3 is about valuing your business as an investment. I was an insider who bought out the original owner. He had already had a pirate steal a major client and start a business. Several pirates have done the same to me. Karma is a bitch because all of them live with the shame of no integrity and worse have lived cursed lives since for themselves and all around them. It's pointed out that by far an industry buyer is better.
I'm walking in the rain
Tears are falling and I feel the pain
Wishing you were here by me
To end this misery and I wonder
Yeah that happened. Stay strong everyone.
