The latest product updates
50% of Beta users on the Knowledge Hub
We’re quickly rolling out our latest AI feature, which allows you to upload guidebooks to train AI to respond about your property. We’ve also been testing a number of new AI models to improve responses and are seeing an increase in the number of AI-generated messages that require no edits before hitting send. Did you know that Hospitable hosts send over 7,200 AI messages per day?!
Payment Terms Improvements
All Direct hosts can now allow guests to pay in installments, and the threshold has been lowered from a $500 reservation to as low as $100. Over 47% of guests opt to use these terms when available. We’ve also made some improvements to their visibility and SEO for Direct websites.
Core updates
Ad-hoc Guest Verification is heading into a private pilot this week. Soon, hosts will be able to run an Autohost guest verification check on any booking, no matter where the booking is from, even if they don’t have an Autohost account. Owner Statements are also being released soon, with our new Mogul plan about to be rolled out.
