Tracey is a Certified Commissioning Professional and holds a Bachelor of Architectural Engineering Degree from Penn State University.?

Tracey serves on ASHRAE Committee TC 7.9 Commissioning , SSPC 300 (ASHRAE Commissioning Standards 202, 230) which was formed to revise and maintain commissioning series standards and guidelines.

Featured in USA Today Money (Feb '11) and CSE Mag’s 40 Under 40 for the impacts of her earlier commissioning work, she is now a contractor-based operations performance-driver—and also Covid response—machine for building owners. She especially enjoys leveling up operations for resilience. Tracey most recently was named Top 20 Women to Watch in HVAC by Engineered Systems Magazine.
