71% of UK adults are sleep deprived* - our inaugural Wellbeing Boost subscription will play a key role within local communities.

*Nuffield Health 2023 Survey Findings:

• 71% of adults do NOT get the recommended 7-9 hours of sleep per night.
• The average person gets only 5.91 hours of sleep per night.
• Young adults aged 35-44 get the least sleep, with 50% only getting 5-6 hours per night.
• Fewer people with household incomes of ￡15,000 or less, get the recommended 7-9 hours of sleep per night, as opposed to those on incomes over ￡75,000.
• Sleep deprivation costs the UK economy ￡37billion in lost productivity.

Like the headline image, how many of us lie awake at night unable to sleep, turning our phones back on and getting caught in a vicious cycle of sleep deprivation.

Evidence continues to pour in, how lack of sleep can lead to a number of serious medical conditions, so never has it been more important to ensure we get the correct amount per night.

And it will come to no surprise, those individuals in low paid work, often doing multiple jobs to make ends meet, are often the ones most at risk.

In December, we will launch our Wellbeing Boost subscription, where this topic will undoubtedly play a key part of our 1-1 consultations. To have access to professional expertise and tailored support for the lifetime of the subscription, will be a game changer.
