The first RetailX UK 360° report 2024 has highlighted how Argos was an early ecommerce adopter and launched its first website in 1995. The report has revealed that 70% of Argos' sales begin online; with items then being collected at its digital format stores within various branches of Sainsbury's stores.

Avatars will be available in the future: Zoom CEO

Zoom CEO, Eric Yuan, expects the videoconferencing platform to allow users to end avatar versions of themselves to meetings 'in the next four to five years'. In an interview with The Verge magazine, he said: "You and I can have more time to have more in-person interactions, but maybe not for work."
