Unfortunately, as I got ready to submit for my Endorsement Assessment for the Innovator Founder Visa, I found these endorsing bodies very predatorial. Meaning they are solely focused on taking your money. Not just for the endorsement, but to lock you in for deposits over several years that add up to a few £thousand which is not what these UK Government-approved endorsers should be doing. ** there’s only 4 endorsers the UK government recommends to chose from. One of them stating in their video, “the proposition has to appeal to us”… which sounds like a ?? to me. It’s more of a best interest for them. Not you as an innovator. From this experience — the U.K. has a major issue with innovation through immigration. Small startups are being overlooked and priced out of the market. Doesn’t surprise me, after hearing a person comment about the lack of support towards early-stage startups in the London market. This just confirms how the U.K. is continuing to fumble its opportunities as a hub of innovation.
