Every May around the world, we celebrate the Mental Health Month???????by bringing awareness to mental health issues. We honor the occasion by educating ourselves and others on what mental heal issues are, we share resources that exist to help people with mental health issues, and we fight to end the stigma of mental illness.?

Each year, the organization Mental Health America assembles a toolkit?to act as a resource and guide for schools, community organizations, businesses, and individuals to learn ways to raise awareness for the cause.?

The impacts of good mental health are significant. When you improve your mental health, you may enjoy many other benefits, such as

In honor of Mental Health Month, at Makin Wellness, we want to encourage you to strengthen your own mental health.?
