7 ways to clean your mind.

Good morning everyone, following the weekend's events, there has simply never been a more fitting time to be mindful.

Today I wanted to cover some of the most important ways that you can elevate and become your best self, let's get straight into it.

7 ways to clean your mind.

1 Start unfollowing - remove anything toxic from your digital and physical life.

2 Be selectively social - not everyone is your friend.

3 Live in the moment - put that phone down.

4 Eat healthy & clean - you owe it to yourself to excel in every area of your life.

5 Meditate alone - this is something that I have shifted towards and previously ignored, being still is so important in a world that never stops.

6 Take weekly trips - get out of your routine and see different views.

7 Prioritise your circle - this is one that I have prioritised in the last year or two, my close friends and family would do anything for me and it is only right that the energy is returned.
