4. Their productivity starts to drop (quiet quitting anyone?)

5. They stop sharing their ideas

6. ?They are off sick or absent more and more

7. They stop engaging with their colleagues

What You Should Do If You See These Signs:???

  • Kill Toxicity: Bad culture? Fix it. Now.
  • Upskill: Offer training. Help them grow.
  • Listen to them: Make it safe for them to share and act if you can on their concerns ·??????
  • Celebrate Wins: Make sure they feel valued.
  • Check-In: Don't wait until its too late. Talk regularly.

Absolutely correct. If an employee realizes that despite their hard work and dedication, they are not being valued, their efforts are not being appreciated, and they are not in a conducive work environment, they will likely seek better opportunities. In today's competitive job market, individuals with valuable skills and knowledge will not hesitate to move on from a toxic work environment for the sake of their mental well-being and overall personal and professional growth.
