Many things happen in such places of high fly society.

To name a few are?

1. You get to experience life next level
2. You get to observe the behavior of high-level consumers & decision-makers.
3. Increase your network?
4. Grow your connection and credibility?
5. Get to know things beyond the newspaper?
6. Get a new or another perspective of things happening around you that you might never learn from reading books and journals.
7. Read the service rendered by such people and how they tame the society around them.
8. And many more new ideas that people won't share otherwise.

Tactics number 2>

Participate in Luxe events!

A few years back, I was lucky to bag a project for a luxury automotive brand and got a chance to watch very closely the luxury event that the brand hosted at a posh place in Bangalore called Prestige Golfshire.? ?

This was one of my true turning points of high-level networking as was able to bag contacts but also build an amazing relationship with some of the pilots of the top Biz society.

Gift your Article /Book / Art as a Gift cum Visiting Trigger?

I Never give nor do I have a visiting card.

One day a very close associate and a friend of mine invited me to a networking event.

The event was early morning at 7 AM in a standard hotel.?

Followed by a Breakfast.

It was strange, I was charged after reaching the venue after being invited.

That’s still ok I can manage.

But what shook my mind was when the well-groomed gentleman wearing a suit with a lot of stickers and badges at the reception asked me to share 10 to 20 business cards to be circulated to the community of the people who are attending the event.

Which I can see others were glad to do and loaded cassettes & bundles of their visiting cards.

This amused me.

After an energetic meeting, I saw the tray still had almost half a kilo of cards lying orphan looking at some charity hands to pick them up.??

Even I was handed a set of cards thats been collected from other participants as a good gesture.?

Guess where are the cards now ---- I don't know.

This surrogate marketing style created a long-lasting impact as I had the Quotes for years after the meeting.
