Perfectionism: Trying to achieve something that is practically unattainable will only leave you feeling "less than."

Judgment Of Yourself And Others: When you are judgmental, you are only focusing on the bad aspects of yourself and others.

Self-doubt: If you don't kill it at the source, self-doubt will take over your life.

Assuming The Worst: If you never expect things to get better, they won't. This takes away hope.

Worry: Worrying has no effect on your health or emotional state.

Complaining: When you focus on the negative things, you are really setting yourself up for never being content or happy.

Trying To Control Everything: You can’t control everything and when you try and inevitably fail, you will only blame yourself.
