4. Shot blasting machine safety operating procedures

The operation of the equipment is strictly enforced by the fixed-term training on duty, familiar with the performance and characteristics of the machine.

  • Familiar with the operating procedures, use, repair, and maintenance of the shot blasting machine manual.
  • The operator must check the control cabinet (panel) all kinds of switches in the required setting position (including the power switch) before the machine can be turned on, in order to avoid misuse, damage to electrical and mechanical equipment, resulting in equipment accidents.
  • Non-machine operators must not operate or touch the electrical switch control area at will, and must not be close to the machine work area to avoid accidents.
  • Operators must wear protective work clothes, glasses, etc.
  • When the operator starts the machine, pay special attention to the indication of all kinds of instruments in the panel, and only when the indication of each instrument reaches the normal value can the operator operate the small crane (roller conveyor) to enter the working procedure? If you find that the individual instrument indication has a large error (not normal) immediately shut down. Check the equipment fault processing before normal start-up work.

6. Maintenance work of the shot blasting machine
