7 things to do as a Scrum Master

1. Facilitator: A Scrum Master should facilitate meetings, decision making, and conflict resolution.

2. Coaching: A Scrum Master should coach the team to use Agile/Scrum practices and values to delight customers.

3. Servant Leadership: A Scrum Master should serve the team and ensure that all members are contributing and collaborating effectively.

4. Process Management: A Scrum Master should ensure that the Scrum framework is being followed and that the team is continuously improving.

5. Communication: A Scrum Master should have excellent communication skills and be able to bridge communication gaps between the team, stakeholders, and other teams.

6. Technical Knowledge: A Scrum Master should have a good understanding of the technology and tools used by the team.

7. Conflict Resolution: A Scrum Master should be able to facilitate the resolution of conflicts between the team members.
