7 things that affect your Vibrational frequency - (part 3 of 7)
This week I'm going to talk about Part 3 of the 7 things that affect your vibrational?frequency -?Quantum physics.
Imagine music as a chef's secret ingredient, subtly transforming a bland dish into a symphony of flavors. Just as the right seasoning can elevate a meal, the vibrations and frequencies of music can season our lives with positivity, making us feel whole, healthy, and vibrant.
The low-frequency vibrations in music, akin to the comforting embrace of a gentle giant, can directly affect our bodies, providing a form of vibroacoustic therapy
On the flip side, high-frequency sounds can be the sparklers at our personal party, energizing our minds and lifting our spirits. They're like the effervescent bubbles in a glass of champagne, tantalising our brain into a state of alertness and joy.
I've always enjoyed music alongside my guided meditations
Music's ability to improve mood
The metaphors of music are endless, each one capable of evoking different emotions and memories. Think of one of your favourite pieces of music now, who, what or where does it remind you of? What emotion does it evoke? How about using that daily to the frequency of that joy distributed throughout your body and even your whole day! I do it regularly! (I'm a huge 80's music fan) A song may be a memory anchor providing stability and comfort when you need it most.
Moreover, music and its therapy taps into the science of frequencies, with certain hertz levels acting as aural nutrients for our well-being. Listening to music at a 432 Hz frequency, for example, is like basking in the soothing glow of Mother Earth's own lullaby, promoting relaxation and balance. I use it a lot in hypnotherapy sessions. It helps me access the subconscious mind
Incorporating music into our daily lives can be as simple as creating playlists that resonate with our current mood or desired state of mind. Whether it's the energizing beat of a morning jog or the serene melody that cradles us or our children to sleep, music is the maestro of our emotional orchestra. There are also songs that make us do the opposite. I find it hard to listen to 'Who Wants to Live Forever?' without tears in my eyes!?
I prefer to ramp up the JBL and blast out ABBA..showing my age now!
So, I challenge you to be really conscious about your music choices this week. How about tuning your days to the rhythm of high vibe music, allowing its vibrations to conduct your mood, boost your immune system, your beautiful cells and even your energy levels.?
