Following are some key points that will help to improve the knowledge and skills of pharmacists.

Be a Silent Observer

Pharmacists after getting their professional degree, enter into professional life and this environment is different from the academic environment. In the pharmaceutical industry, he is directly involved in all manufacturing activities.

He has a degree and is equipped with theoretical knowledge but he lacks large scale practical manufacturing skills. So the first point is that he should learn as much as he can at the start of his career, he should become a silent observer because we can not gain skills without observing small and large activities.
