What is a Marketing System?
It’s an automated system to constantly and consistently attract new leads to your business, convert them into buyers, increase their cart value and keep them coming back over and over again!

If you have a business that promotes Products, and/or Services, you need an Online Marketing System!
Without one, you simply cannot compete anymore!
Especially in today’s ever-changing world, you need to market and promote your business and offers constantly just to survive.
You can have the best product or service in the market, but if nobody ever sees it, it's totally worthless.
A Marketing System does all of this for you, and the best part is that once it’s set up, all you have to do is maintain it.

On the other hand, they may not, and having one will give you a distinct advantage!

You need to have a system that gets you more clients (Lead Generation), gets them to spend more when they buy (Conversion) and gets them to buy more frequently (Retention).

So, how exactly do You Create A Marketing System Anyway?
Step 1: The Foundations
What is Your Main Objective?
Is it to generate more leads, get more sales, or build stronger relationships with your clients?
What is it you want to achieve, do, be, create, or improve?
You need to figure this out?first?in order to create an effective strategy.
Once you know what your objectives are, you need to figure out who you are going to help, what you going to say to them, and figure out where they are so you can position yourself in from of them.
Step 2: Define Your Market, Message, and Media
Who is your?"Ideal customer?"?
What are the?Demographics?of your Market? (Age, Sex, Geographical Location, Income Level, Marital Status, etc.)
Next, you need to figure out the?Psychographics?of your Market? This is a crucial step most people leave out. Take some time and figure it out. This is the step that changes the game!
What are their desires?
What do they fear?
What roadblocks and challenges are they experiencing?
Where are they congregating??
What Social Media Platforms are they on?
What Forums, and Groups, do they hang out on?
What books do they read?
What podcasts do they listen to?
What Videos do they consume and where?
What topics do they search for online?
How does your product or service give that to them?
What do they really want?
What makes you different and why should they buy from you? (Unique Selling Proposition - USP)
Step 3: Create Your Lead Magnet
The only real asset you have online today in your business is your customer list.?
Nobody can take this away from you, not Google, not Facebook, not anyone!
So how do you create and build a list?
Firstly, you need to create a Lead Magnet that you can give to your clients for free, in exchange for their contact details.
Your lead magnet must be something that benefits them and solves a specific problem they having.
It can be an e-book, training, a course, a video, a checklist, an infographic, or anything of value that helps them move from where they are to where they want to be.
You do this by creating an?Opt-In or Landing Page?where you provide them with your free Lead Magnet in exchange for their contact details like their Name and Email.
Their name is important, but not as crucial as their email address. Having their name also, allows you to address them in a more personal way. Don't ask for too many details as this will affect your conversions.?

When they enter their details, you provide them with your lead magnet. Their contact details are stored in your Autoresponder –?(More about that in Step #6)
You can also offer things like a free consultation, a coupon, or discount voucher or you can schedule a strategy call with them to discuss their business and determine how you can help them.
It makes no difference what business you’re in, this works for virtually any business regardless of whether you are selling a product or service.
You need to figure out what your Market wants and needs help with, and then provide them with the solution in exchange for their contact details.
Refer to the Resources guide at the end. It provides you with some solutions to set everything up.
Step 4: Create an Irresistible Offer
Next, you must create an offer that is an absolute no-brainer for your clients to buy.?
They need to look at your offer and say,?“I want that, I need that, I must have that!”
Instead of just offering them your product or service at a reduced price, offer them something that includes your product or service, plus additional bonuses which make your offer more valuable.
There is no value to you in trying to be the cheapest in the market.?There can only be one!
When you create offers, you increase the perceived value of your offering.?
This also allows you to charge more. But remember that if you charge more, you need to make sure that you are adding more value.
Create an offer that?“wows”?your client. If it lacks the wow factor, go back to the drawing board, and create a better offer.
Step 5: Design and Build Your Funnel
Choose the best Funnel for your needs and include steps based on your offer.?
It also depends on what business you’re in.
Again, this works for virtually any business regardless of whether you sell Information Products, Physical Products, or whether you offer a Service.
Your Opt-In or Landing Page is essentially the first step in your Funnel.
Then you need to get them to your Sales Page and into the conversion process.?
Include Upsells, Down Sells, Cross-Sells, Order Bumps, etc. to get them to increase their spend.
Always make sure that your Upsells, etc. are valuable and that they help your prospects progress on their journey.?
It should be something that they need?next?on?their?journey to achieving whatever solution or objective they have for buying your product or service.
Step 6: Set Up An Autoresponder
You need an Autoresponder to collect your prospects' contact details and follow up with them to build the relationship, create rapport and get them to like and trust you.
You need to add value first and always promote your offers.
There are some amazing Autoresponder and CRM Companies available today.
You'll need to do some research and find one that best meets your requirements.?
This all depends on what business you're in, what your needs are, what your objectives are, and what you are offering.
The greatest benefit is that having an Autoresponder allows you to stay connected with your clients on a daily basis.

- No, emailing your clients every day is not too much, and?
- No, email marketing is far from dead!
Step 7: Traffic - (Create Content And Set Up A Publishing Strategy)
Create your Traffic Strategy.
There are several paid and free ways to get people to your business and offers.
If you have the budget to advertise, I would highly recommend it. If not, there are many free traffic strategies that work really well.
Creating ads is a much quicker way to get there, but if don't have an advertising budget right now, then you'll need to invest more time into building your list.?
Some Free Strategies include Facebook and LinkedIn Groups, Forums, Blogging, Publishing, etc.
Before attempting to place ads on Google, Social Media, etc. you need to first learn how.
There are many courses available. I highly recommend learning how before attempting to place ads yourself.?
Create content that you can share with your clients on Social Media, in your daily emails, on your website, Blog, Newsletter, Podcast, etc.
You should also create a?Publishing Strategy?– This again will depend on what business you have and what you are most comfortable doing.
If you like to?write... create a?Blog.
If you like to?speak... create a?Podcast.
If you enjoy being on?camera... create a?YouTube Channel?or do?Facebook Lives.
The one you choose doesn’t matter that much.?
What matters is that you consistently create valuable content to add value to your prospects and clients and that you do it?every day.
Your goal is to be?Omnipresent?- Be everywhere your prospective clients are and promote your offers constantly.
