It is Sunday which means when you are out on the roadways you might be stuck behind people that are just moseying along in their car without a care in the world.?

Luckily it is the weekend so you shouldn’t feel too much road rage being delayed by these types of drivers.

Unless of course, you are running late for your tee time, in which case you better pull off some fast and furious moves to fly by that person and get to the 1st tee.?

Well, my wife and I went out for our weekend drive to do one of our favorite things…

We’ve found that the best real estate opportunities are not the ones that sit on Redfin, Zillow, or your local MLS.?

They are found with boots on the ground that have the local market knowledge to figure out what piece of land, run-down building, or mixed-use facility could be ripe for your next big deal.?

Driving around to find real estate can offer several benefits, although, with the rise of online tools and platforms, this practice has become less common.?

?? Here are my 7 reasons why people should drive around to find real estate:

You can get a feel for the ambiance, see the condition of homes and properties, observe the level of maintenance, and assess the overall appearance of the neighborhood. This can help you make more informed decisions about whether the area aligns with your preferences and requirements.
  2. Hidden Gems: Not all properties are listed online, especially those being sold privately or by word of mouth. By physically exploring an area, you might come across properties that are not listed on popular real estate websites, giving you a competitive edge in finding potential deals.

I do that too.

But if I only used the internet and didn’t go out on my drive to see these potential investments in real life then I would not be able to get the edge over others in the real estate market.?
