Lizette Espinosa-Veneziano, the Co-Founder & CEO of Infanttech & Co-Creator of Zooby a product that "saves baby's lives." Ms. Espinosa-Veneziano & her husband Giuseppe had a vision after having their own babies were & where they saw a potential problem. They would feel stress & pressure when the baby cried out from the back seat & how they would turn around or feel pressured to turn to see what the problem was. 68% of all accidents in the country are with first time parents, & they are also 3 times more likely to have an accident than first time drivers. Zooby is the critical & magical eyes to protect your baby or sibling, it is a cute plush with a camera inside the nose that watches the baby, & the parent or guardian can watch from the monitor they have in the window in front of them. With today's horrible stories of babies being left in cars that have died from weather conditions, & which is now in Congress where there are laws being created & need to be passed to save our most vulnerable. Check them out at www.infanttech.com & their new Foundation called Infanttech Cares how they donate some of their product from proceeds of their sales. Gloria Burton, Southern California Edison, Advisor on Supplier Diversity & Development. Ms. Burton, has over the years assisted so many Small Businesses to grow their revenue via the procurement opportunities in her role & beyond where introductions that she has facilitated occurred. Her passion & driver is helping diverse & challenged communities with their Small Business growth goals, especially in the Hispanic & African American communities. She remembers what she saw over the years in her country & what she sees & knows are the possibilities here in the US. Having met her personally & watched her in action she lifts my heart with hope & respect for what she does & the level of care she brings with her delivery. A sensitive desire for Small Business Owners as they try & navigate how to work with a Corporation, & to find one that takes extra care & time to assist is so refreshing, may Southern California Edison realize the gem they have & the excellent representation that she is for their brand.

Great to see, actually my Grandmother was Rosie at Wisconsin Steel in the 1940s supporting the WW2 war effort. Her name was Pasquala Martinez. She was a very proud and imposing lady, My daughters would do well to emulate her. :)
