There are millions of great podcasts out there, right? But with so many to choose from, how do you decide which ones are worth your time?
In this article, Lucy lists her top podcasts for marketers, so only the best shows grace your headphones.
1. The Media Show
This BBC Radio 4 show covers all manner of topics related to media and marketing. Every week, the show's producers invite different industry experts into the studio to discuss everything from impartiality to Peaky Blinders. It’s a great opportunity to hear from the brightest minds about some of the most interesting topics.

2. Copyblogger FM
I’ve been a loyal follower of Copyblogger for more years than I care to remember. In that time I've seen it develop from a blog about copywriting to a website exploring both content marketing and business. The audio edition, hosted by Sonia Simone, is a great extension of the blog and I regularly tune in for top writing tips and inspiration.

3. Blogosphere: Serious Influence
I will confess that I had never heard of Blogosphere until I bought a copy of their magazine for 2p in WH Smith* a couple of months ago, but I’m glad I did. It includes fascinating, in-depth interviews with bloggers and influencers and is guaranteed to spark a bunch of ideas in my brain. The podcast is equally good, featuring discussions with PRs and influencer agencies about issues facing the industry.

*It was a pricing error - it's not always 2p!
4. The Marketing Meetup
Full disclosure, I’m a massive fan of The Marketing Meetup and have presented at their event in Norwich, but I'm not unnecessarily biased! The podcast is a collection of talks and presentations from the UK marketing community on a variety of topics, including networking, advertising and social media. If you can't attend, you should definitely tune in.

5. Search With Candour
Hosted by Mark Williams-Cook of Norwich agency Candour, this podcast explores issues related to SEO and PPC, including content, schema and Bing. Some of the recordings are quite technical, but you can still learn an awful lot from their speakers and interviewees.

6. Reasons to be Cheerful
Okay, so this isn’t a marketing podcast, but I had to include it because I'm such a big fan. Why? It has a great format and is very accessible. Every week, Ed Miliband and Geoff Lloyd start by outlining their own reasons to be cheerful, before interviewing two or three guests about a particular issue, such as universal basic income or education. It's a great example of informative, educational and topical content.

7. Content Conversations
Shameless plug alert! We had to include our own podcast on this list.
Launched in January 2020, we speak to marketers working in a variety of industries about their experiences, challenges and goals.
