SKILLED AND AFFORDABLE LABOR:- Look for warehouse spaces in markets that offer a skilled low-cost workforce, that is not subject to onerous local regulations.

5 年Absolutely Gunjan Johar. Few more thoughts from my side too: 1. An efficient Warehouse Management System, to manage the waves and inventory in an optimal and efficient way. 2. The systems should require less paper.? 3. End of the day, the lead-time should be minimized.?
