7 Mind Blowing Negative Thoughts You Should Avoid

I used to ponder why negative thinking plays a huge role in our daily life. You mentioned the reason behind it. We get hypnotized by our environment & our brain gradually speak lies & thus instigate negative perspective in ours.

The lies our brain plants on us:

1. Worst things will happen - Sign of fear triggered from past, need to ignore it like a LKG boy who cries for going to school, first time. Later he enjoys present moment.

2. Black or white- either positive or negative impression on a person or situation or any other work we possess. Not recognizing gray areas. Need to focus on that. We gained through experiences in our life on some skills or tasks or relationships, we experience in our daily life.

3. Nothing good will ever happen. Need to plant positive thoughts in negative situations, like Victor Frankl imprisoned by Nazi concentration camps.

4. We are perfectionist - sometimes we get overwhelmed with appreciation and gradually inclined on it. Two things you mentioned, either includes pride or degrades us. Need to overcome this by trail-error stuff, like a USA became a powerful nation, without inclined on perfectionism. Open minded.

5. We are worthless - we can do anything in our life but getting influenced by negative stuff. Need to ignore the "clever", need to convince him to our level best & take things lightly

6. I know what others are thinking- we care about others statements & crave for appreciation as a basic human instinct, we should not insult ourselves & lose focus on our talents, self-respect & all our positivity's.

7. Admitting we as a victim - Blaming others & hopeless doesn't make situation better. During British India rule - many people starved for food, tortured & got squeezed. Mahatma Gandhi didn't blame the British's. He focused on a solution that required Non-Violence policy many people couldn't digest it.

He received lot of criticisms and got imprisoned also. It required lot of exercise & emotional control to tolerate cruelty like Jallianwala Bagh incident & working on solutions. With his support, we got independence. Ultimately, he became a father of the Nation & became a World icon.

We overcame all the stuff unknowingly by focusing on the things we fear the most, achieved those & wondering how we could do this. Need to rewind our life once or more.
