7 Lessons learned after years of setting up passive income sources

1. Test & Learn

Be ready to test several ideas to find the one that suits you.

2. Each person has their own Path: every journey is different.

Just because some succeed in real estate doesn't mean you have to start in real estate. There are numerous passive income sources. It's up to you to find yours.

3. Don't (over) scatter your efforts

Yes, you should try out ideas, but remain confident, persistent, and disciplined. Gradually, you'll reach your momentum. It takes time to get your system running, so be patient with the source you've chosen. Don't give up unless you're truly convinced it's not suitable. Before giving up, rely on your data, metrics, and the (good and relevant) efforts you've made. Often, bad actions (or lack of action) lead to poor results.

4. Remember It's not harder than your regular job (C.D.I.)

You've spent years learning your profession. A passive income source won't require more than a Master's degree. You just need to be willing to learn and sometimes unlearn to succeed.

5. Be slow to hit the stop button

You have your regular job (C.D.I.), so why rushing to stop your passive income creation activities? Be patient and work diligently on your passive income source.

6. Seek a coach or mentor for support
