7 lessons to learn early in life.
Hello, and welcome to another edition of The Mindful Minute.
Age doesn't defy our value, experience is far more valuable than a number.
This morning I wanted to share some ideas around building some solid foundations that will let you live your own life and be less influenced by those that are outside of your circle.
7 lessons to learn early in life.
1. Make good friends, not more friends. Friendship is about quality, not quantity.
2. Formulate your own opinion on things.
3. Focus on your character more than your looks.
4. If you constantly compare yourself to others, you will never find out who you are.
5. Learn from other people's mistakes.
6. If you have to choose between being respected or being liked, choose being respected.
7. They say you only live once. It's not true. You only die once, you live every day. And every day is a new opportunity to become a better version of yourself.
Please feel free to message me any questions and share any value in my inbox.
The launch has been a complete success.
Remember to subscribe to never miss one of our articles.
Have a great day everyone and please remember to keep smiling.
Thanks for reading and learning,

2 年Completely agree with the friendships - it's about whether you'd have their backs and them yours, not how many you have or if they're the 'cool kids.' I also love your last point - every day is a new day to be a better version of yourself, so live each one as if it were last.
We don't miss.
